I am dying to go to Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport. A friend of mine who used to write for Cookie, and knew just what we liked there, said I would love it. She wrote it up for Food+Wine, so check out her piece here. It's a little on the expensive side, but the fact that you can pick from their organic gardens, they have a lovely pool, its proximity to the beach, the spa in the tent, yoga, and the really nicely appointed rooms...I think it's worth it as a splurge.
