We had an overnight in Seattle last summer, and fell in love with the Four Seasons there. The pool is fantastic--it overlooks the beautiful Puget Sound, serves delicious margaritas, and has a fire-pit, great for chilly evenings. The hotel itself is really nice, and the location is super central--but it's the pool that makes it worth the splurge.
