One of the loveliest museums I've ever been to was the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art outside of Copenhagen in Denmark. It's about 45 minutes from Copenhagen, and besides its great art collection, it has a lovely grass hill to roll down, beautiful views to the sea, and a three story children's wing.
